Are you a mobile service — do you come to me?+
Yes. We're a fully mobile detailing service. We come to your home or workplace anywhere in Ottawa and surrounding areas, so you don't have to drive anywhere or wait at a shop.
What do you need on-site to detail my vehicle?+
Just a bit of space to work around the vehicle. We bring our own equipment and supplies. Access to a water source and power is helpful for some services — if that's not available, let us know when booking and we'll come fully self-contained.
How long does a detail take?+
It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. An Exterior Wash is around an hour, while a Platinum Detail can take 5+ hours. Each service page lists an approximate time.
How do I book, and how do payments work?+
Pick your service and request a date and time online. We'll review the request and confirm by email. Payment is collected after the service — we don't take payment online at the time of booking.
Do prices change based on vehicle size or condition?+
Listed prices cover most standard sedans and SUVs in typical condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, larger trucks/vans, or extra requests may carry a small surcharge — we'll always confirm any adjustment before we start.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Ottawa and also serve Kanata, Orléans, Barrhaven, Nepean, and Gatineau. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?+
No problem — just let us know as early as you can and we'll find a new time that works. You'll receive an email confirmation for any changes.
